I was born and grew up in Denmark in a bilingual family (Danish/German).
In 1991 I graduated from the Copenhagen Business School "Handelshøjskolen i København" with the following language combination: English, German, Italian.
Between 1991 and 1996 I worked as a foreign language secretary/translator in different companies in Denmark.
In 1996 I moved to Turin in Italy and since then I have been working as a freelance translator for different translation agencies in Italy and abroad.
In 2004 I obtained an M.A. from Turin University 'Università di Torino' with German (major subject) and English (minor subject) and linguistics options.
I have always been interested in languages and other cultures and find it interesting and challenging to acquaint myself with new, different subjects and to translate them.
